Swisslog, part of the KUKA Group, seeks an experienced account manager in Malaysia to drive sales of service contracts, spare parts and modernization projects. You will nurture relationships with existing customers and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in account management, familiarity with automated material handling systems, strong business acumen, and outstanding communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in automated material handling systems (AMHS) is an added advantage.
• Experience in solution sales, component sales, and/or maintenance and support contract sales is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed sales targets through service contracts, spare parts, system changes, extensions and modernization.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers across segments.
• Promote Swisslog solutions to drive new opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process.
