• 3–5 years in business strategy, corporate development, or management consulting in marketing or FMCG.
• Proficient in business‑level English (written and spoken).
• MS Office proficient; knowledge of CRM tools such as SalesForce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create analysis desks and presentations as decision basis for management.
• Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competition surveys to identify trends.
• Develop strategic initiatives to support regional sales and corporate goals.
• Identify and develop new business fields to grow existing markets and explore new areas.
• Support top management in strategic business planning.
