Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a detail-oriented professional for commercial order processing of capital goods. You will coordinate complex sales projects from offer through delivery and serve as the main contact with customers worldwide, especially in Asia.

Ideal candidates hold a business degree, have 3+ years of order processing and logistics experience, and are proficient in SAP. Travel locally and overseas is expected; strong English and German skills are assets.

Qualifications

• Degree/Bachelor/MBA in Business Administration or similar field.
• More than 3 years of working experience in order processing for capital goods.
• Experience in worldwide logistics (Import/Export and Shipping background).
• Able to travel locally and overseas.
• Good knowledge in SAP.
• Profound project management skills.
• Good command in English, German and regional language would be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under time pressure.
• High sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Commercial order processing and co-ordination of complex machine sales projects throughout stages of offer, order and delivery.
• Primary point of communication towards customers worldwide (with focus on Asian region) for all matters related to the order processing.
• Attend to customers inquiries, co-ordinate and follow-up on customers’ order and delivery schedule.
• Prepare and co-ordinate customer visits (e.g. for pre-delivery inspections).
• Close co-ordination and communication with colleagues from various departments, the Sales and Account Manager in charge as well as the German HQ.
• Co-ordination of all commercial aspects of the order processing including L/C and tender shipments.
• Planning and co-ordination of machine shipments.
• Maintenance of relevant order related information in SAP ERP system and creation of respective documents.
• Verification of contract documents, involvement in financing models.
• Coordination and Order processing of inter-company sales within the group throughout the stages of offer, order and delivery.
• Dotted line reporting and integration with OPM organization in our Germany HQ.
