Responsibilities

• Compile and check the documentation package for machine orders.
• Prepare order documentation according to company processes and procedures.
• Check documentation for consistency and completeness.
• Prepare documentation package including printing and filing.
• Liaise with headquarters counterparts for document preparation and prioritization.
• Monitor documentation material stocks and trigger purchases as required.
• Plan, prioritize and coordinate activities based on forecasts from SAP.
• Communicate with German counterparts regarding procedures and work packages.
