Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced technology project manager to drive global transformation programs and strategy across the enterprise. You will lead all aspects of delivery, partner with Product Owners and IT functions, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT, 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years leading initiatives, and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years leading projects or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent planning, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic projects and transformation programs from initiation to delivery and value realization.
• Drive project governance, planning, financials, risk management, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with global stakeholders to align business objectives and project outcomes.
• Resolve project challenges proactively and champion continuous improvement.
• Deliver executive communications and project updates to global senior leadership.
• Influence change, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure adoption.
• Mentor project teams and provide leadership in fast-paced environments.
