Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to act as the regional HR business partner for multiple Asian markets, including Singapore and Malaysia.

Based in Malaysia, you will execute end-to-end HR operations, manage payroll and benefits, handle employee relations, and lead regional implementations of global HR initiatives like Workday. This role reports to global HR leadership and requires strong compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years HR experience, including 2–3 years in regional/MNC HRBP/Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across Asian markets.
• Experience with modern HRIS (Workday) and payroll systemen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end regional HR operations across multiple markets.
• Lead payroll administration and benefits in compliance with local laws.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and change initiatives.
• Drive regional rollout of global HR policies and HRIS implementations (Workday).
• Support governance, audits, and data integrity for HR records.
