Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Orchestrator to coordinate recruitment across SAPMENA from our Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Team. You’ll partner with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to ensure a premium hiring experience and seamless processes across multiple time zones.

You’ll lead complex interviews, manage post-interview feedback, and oversee RPO partners to deliver high-quality talent pipelines for your markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR project management, or account management in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English and a stream language (Bahasa, Vietnamese & Thai, or Arabic) to manage your geographic scope.
• Outstanding diplomacy and organizational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder consulting: lead briefing calls with hiring managers and translate needs into compelling job descriptions.
• Process coordination: orchestrate the interview process and manage scheduling and logistics across time zones.
• Candidate experience: manage post-interview communications and feedback to uphold a premium journey.
• External partner management: oversee RPO partners and ensure SLAs and pipeline quality for designated markets.
