Job summary

QuestW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Kuala Lumpur to lead end-to-end recruitment and partner with leaders to shape hiring strategies. You will attract top talent, drive workforce planning, and ensure a strong candidate journey.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent acquisition, hands-on sourcing, market insights, and excellent stakeholder management. You will work in a fast-growing, multinational environment and help build critical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Hands-on sourcing, talent mapping, and market research experience.
Solid understanding of the Malaysian talent market and practices.
Experience using ATS, recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented with ability to handle priorities.

End-to-End Recruitment: manage lifecycle from requirements to onboarding.
Business Partnership: align with hiring managers and leaders on talent needs.
Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping: develop proactive strategies across channels.
Talent Advisory: provide market insights and salary benchmarks.
Stakeholder Management: build relationships to ensure hiring alignment.
Candidate Experience: ensure a professional and engaging journey.
Recruitment Analytics: monitor time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness.
Talent Pipeline Development: build pipelines for current and future roles.
Process Excellence: ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
