Job summary

Inter Island Group Pte Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the day-to-day recruitment operations and drive timely, high-quality placements. You will oversee the full lifecycle from briefing to placement, ensure compliant processes, and monitor metrics for continuous service improvement.

You will coach and develop a team of consultants, set KPIs, and maintain strong client relationships, aligning sourcing strategies with client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering quality placements.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and job functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day recruitment operations to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to candidate placement.
• Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Company standards.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve service delivery.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Set individual and team KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
• Conduct regular one-to-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development discussions.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through quality service and timely communication.
• Participate in key client meetings and business reviews.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Expand talent pipelines using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Strengthen the Company's employer brand and candidate experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
