Job summary

Commodity Index Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across regional teams.

You will proactively explore diverse sourcing channels, conduct structured interviews, and build a strong junior talent pipeline through campus relations with Monash, Sunway, and UM. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, and collaboration with HRBP for onboarding and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years in talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Fluent in Mandarin for daily collaboration with HQ in China.
• Fluent in English for local stakeholder engagement and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across regional teams.
• Proactively explore diverse talent acquisition channels to improve quality and ROI.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and fit.
• Lead campus relations with universities to build a junior talent pipeline.
• Support HRBP day-to-day operations including onboarding and L&D.
