Job summary

Beyondsoft in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for overseas roles. You will design sourcing strategies, post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support offers and onboarding.

You will help establish overseas business teams from 0 to 1, liaise with clients and business units, monitor market trends, and provide insights to guide hiring decisions. Fluency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Candidates with prior recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with working language ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for overseas talent acquisition.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage job postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and cross-border team setup.
• Monitor trends and analytics to guide hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights and talent mapping to support business decisions.
