Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies across channels.
• Source and identify potential candidates via online platforms and networks.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to ensure job fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and interview processes.
• Contribute to employer brand through content, events, partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist onboarding for new hires.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
