Responsibilities

Lead and coach a talent acquisition team to meet hiring objectives.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire and improve processes.
Collaborate with HR to strengthen employer branding, onboarding, and retention.
Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and participate in panel assessments.
Guide hiring managers through selection and provide recommendations.
Ensure accurate recruitment data and reporting.
