Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment across Subang and Penang for a global logistics group. You will partner with senior stakeholders, design sourcing strategies, manage agency relationships, and build strong talent pipelines to support a fast-paced, high-performing HR team.

The role requires experience in recruiting across diverse roles and a willingness to travel to the Northern Region.

Qualifications

Candidates must have end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions.
Experience recruiting for logistics or supply chain is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to the Northern Region.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring from briefing to offer stage across multiple business units.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define sourcing approaches and share market insights.
Oversee external agency relationships and ensure service standards.
Monitor and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
Coordinate employer branding activities, career fairs and campus recruitment programmes.
Support HR projects and drive improvements across recruitment processes and workflows.
