Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment across Subang and Penang for a global logistics group. You will partner with senior stakeholders, design sourcing strategies, manage agency relationships, and build strong talent pipelines to support a fast-paced, high-performing HR team.

The role requires experience in recruiting across diverse roles and a willingness to travel to the Northern Region.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring from briefing to offer stage across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define sourcing approaches and share market insights.
• Oversee external agency relationships and ensure service standards.
• Monitor and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
• Coordinate employer branding activities, career fairs and campus recruitment programmes.
• Support HR projects and drive improvements across recruitment processes and workflows.

The Role

From sourcing to onboarding, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels.

• Manage end-to-end hiring from briefing to offer stage across multiple business units
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define sourcing approaches and share market insights
• Oversee external agency relationships and hold partners to agreed service standards

What We're Looking For

A commercially minded TA professional with solid end-to-end recruitment experience and strong stakeholder skills.

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and levels
• Background in specialist or technical hiring, ideally within logistics or supply chain
• Strong communicator, confident advising and influencing at all levels
• Proficient in ATS platforms, job boards and professional networking tools
• Open to regular travel to the Northern Region
