Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG in Malaysia seeks a Material Specialist to manage end-to-end PO processes for key item portfolios, ensuring orders are confirmed and delivered according to customer requirements using D365.

Ideal candidates have a technical or commercial degree, 3+ years in a similar role, strong ERP/MRP knowledge, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and good English with Bahasa Malaysia; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical or commercial field with focus on Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Firm PO according to MRP planned orders, considering inventory levels.
• Ensure OC received and entered into D365 on time.
• Track timely PO delivery and clear past due deliveries.
• Lead L1 supplier escalations and update OC dates.
• Clarify price/lead-time master data with GSS or SCP to issue PO.
• Evaluate MRP action messages and adjust PO based on inventory and demand.
• Resolve delivery issues with supplier and inbound logistics.
• Edit QA inspections at METI.
• Resolve invoicing issues for BLP.
• Conduct D+S healthiness analysis and raise key issues to SCP.
• Handle NC RTV process including issuing PO for NC.
