Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management or Supply Chain.
• Proficient in English communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive, solution-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Critical thinking: quick decision-making for supply chain issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze short- and long-term forecast demand by evaluating historical data, backlog, market trends, seasonality and lead-time variability.
• Identify and manage demand deviations including forecast errors and aging demand signals.
• Own and drive the monthly demand forecast review cycle across Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve forecast gaps and supply constraints.
• Build and develop dashboards with IT to monitor demand trends, forecast accuracy and inventory metrics.
