Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 months internship duration.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Possess honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team in daily operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping.
• Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support HR processes and policies in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
• Supports the Regional HR team on initiatives and projects/activities.
• Coordinate intern programs and support training initiatives.
• Assist in system administration tasks such as user account management.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Provide data analysis and reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
