Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an Internship - Supply Chain for Sept/Oct 2026 intake in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will assist in daily supply chain and order processing, and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields, with strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily supply chain and order processing activities using the company system.
• Assist with import, inter-warehouse transfer and inter-company order processing.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, invoice, GRN, insurance and other related documentation.
• Assist in updating invoice listings, stock records, promotion summaries and other reports.
• Coordinate with forwarding agents, warehouse, Sales and Business Development teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
• Assist in monitoring goods receiving and order processing with the Warehouse team.
• Assist in preparing and following up on dealership and service centre (ASC) agreements.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of supply chain documents.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
