Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Familiarity with CIF, LCL etc shipping terms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels across Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions
• Plan and place purchase orders with manufacturers to avoid out-of-stock situations
• Book and consolidate shipments to Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions
• Occasionally drive to collect small stock quantities for the office and drop off at facilities
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and shipping/freight agents
• Track shipment status and flag delays or discrepancies
