Job summary

Sterling Profile Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a proactive stock and procurement associate to monitor stock levels across Malaysia and neighboring regions, plan orders, and consolidate shipments. You will build relationships with manufacturers and freight agents, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery while handling multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.

Fresh graduates welcome; diploma or degree accepted; drivers license preferred; Excel/Google Sheets proficient;

• Occasionally drive to collect small stock quantities for the office and drop off at facilities.

Job description

Monitor and manage stock levels across Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions. Plan and place purchase orders with manufacturers to avoid out-of-stock situations, book and consolidate shipments, and occasionally drive to collect small stock quantities for the office and drop off at facilities. Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and shipping/freight agents, and track shipment status to flag delays or discrepancies.

About you

Diploma/Degree (fresh graduates welcome), SPM Level accepted

Valid driving license and own vehicle

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Able to manage multiple priorities independently

Familiarity with basic shipping terms (CIF, LCL etc)
