Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Familiar with Autocount, ERP and Barcode system.
• A positive team player and willing to take ownership.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing to PO and delivery.
• Source, evaluate, develop and manage local and overseas suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve related issues.
• Analyse market prices and procurement data to support sourcing strategies and management decision-making.
• Optimize costs and inventory levels while minimizing excess stock, waste and supply risks.
• Drive procurement process improvement, system enhancement, standardization and implementation of procurement best practices.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, contracts, invoices, reports and procurement documentation.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and procurement audits to ensure compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly reports and analysis to support KPI achievement, cost control and strategic decision-making.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
