Job summary

SGS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive in Shah Alam to manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and PO processing to support operations cost-effectively.

You will oversee end-to-end procurement cycles, evaluate suppliers, and prepare reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP and Excel proficiency, and fluent English. Eligible candidates with 1–3 years' experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 1-3 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation.
• Handle high-volume purchase order processing.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and PO issuance.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement cycle and supplier performance.
• Source and procure chemicals, consumables, tools, mechanical items, and services.
• Evaluate suppliers on price, quality, service and delivery.
• Prepare procurement reports and spend analyses.
