Job summary

Averis Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a shipping documentation specialist to oversee export and import paperwork, ensure compliance, and support bank negotiations with accurate invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and origin certificates.

You will liaise with forwarders globally, manage day-to-day shipping transactions, review letters of credit for compliance, and assist with month-end closing reports as required by the Shipping Manager.

Responsibilities

• Handling full set of Export/Import documentation and preparing shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.
• Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status worldwide.
• Manage day-to-day shipping transactions for the Trading Companies.
• Check Letter of Credit and ensure alignment with compliance.
• Support ad hoc duties and month end closure report tabulation as required by Shipping Manager.
