Job summary

Excel Rim Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics shipping specialist in Penang to handle shipping documents and customs declarations, liaise with freight forwarders and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely cargo delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field, 2-3 years in shipping/import operations, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication and coordination skills. Maintain records and perform ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in shipping and import operations.
• 2-3 years in shipping/import operations and LMW matters.
• Familiar with customs declarations, HS codes, and Malaysian procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents and customs declarations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and arrange cargo delivery.
