Job summary

XR Global Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to help manage end-to-end sales operations, including orders, billing, pricing, and POs across global markets. Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication in English, including speaking with clients over the phone.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills and good attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems is a bonus, but training will be provided.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, billing, or operations is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end administration of sales orders and billing activities for a portfolio of global accounts.
• Review, validate, and process sales orders to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to billing.
• Perform order amendments, price adjustments, item code updates, grouping of order lines, manual additions, and other order corrections as required.
• Maintain rate cards through updates, validation, clean-up, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Review sales orders for pricing accuracy, Purchase Order compliance, billing readiness, and system status before releasing orders.
• Initiate invoice correction requests, credit notes, and billing adjustments while obtaining required approvals.
• Monitor billing activities and support month-end billing completion.
• Track outstanding Purchase Orders (POs) with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests through shared mailboxes, ensuring requests are assigned, monitored, and completed within established SLAs.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
