Job summary

Mettler Toledo is seeking a dedicated Billing Specialist for the night shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00pm–5:00am) in Selangor, Malaysia. The role requires a Diploma or BS/BA in business-related fields and 2–3 years in a global shared services environment.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional Asian languages considered a plus. You will process contracts, orders, and invoices, handle billing plans, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in business or related field.
• 2–3 years in a shared services environment (global scope).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process service contracts, orders, and invoicing with SAP CRM.
• Manage billing plans and ensure invoices are closed timely.
• Investigate and resolve order/data discrepancies.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and provide confirmations.
• Coordinate with teams to optimize work and meet KPIs.
• Support cost reduction and process improvements.
• Schedule work within established timeframes.
