Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Contracts Specialist to ensure timely processing of service contracts, orders and invoicing in SAP CRM, and to drive accurate billing and customer satisfaction.

You will resolve order-related issues, manage billing plans, and collaborate with teams across cultures while meeting KPI targets and adhering to company policies. Proficiency in Korean and English is required, with flexibility for global time zones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS/BA in business, statistics, economics, logistics or related field.
• Fluent in Korean & English (speaking, writing, reading).
• A good team player with ability to work cross culture and function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of service contracts, orders and invoicing in SAP CRM.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve errors related to released orders promptly.
• Monitor and manage billing plans, ensuring invoices are prepared and closed on time.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Address customer inquiries promptly to provide excellent service.
• Provide orders and contracts confirmations to customers.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize work and meet KPIs.
• Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
