Bactiguard (South East Asia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on yet strategic Supply Chain leader to build a resilient, compliant, and scalable supply chain across 2 Penang sites and 40+ international markets.

You will lead a 10+ team spanning procurement, planning, logistics, and customer service to support growth in the medical device sector. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in SCM with 5+ in leadership, strong ERP skills, ISO 13485 knowledge, and a proven track record of driving cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (SCM, Logistics, IE, Business)
• 6+ years in progressive SCM roles, 5+ in leadership
• Direct experience in Medical Devices/Pharma/Advanced Wound Management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and traceability requirements
• Experience with ERP and advanced planning tools

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and production scheduling with internal stakeholders
• Manage international logistics, cold-chain compliance, and OTIF performance
• Establish inventory governance, safety stock, reorder thresholds, and SLOB mitigation
• Build robust risk management, business continuity, and regulatory compliance plans
• Collaborate with QA, Production, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Commercial Sales
