Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare - SEA is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead indirect product procurement for the Malaysia factory, ensuring compliant and cost-effective sourcing.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in medical device procurement, fluency in English and Chinese, strong supplier management, and willingness to travel across SEA and globally to support cross-regional collaboration and NPI projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in the medical device sector, with focus on indirect products (admin, IT, HR, MRO, etc).
• Fluent English and Chinese; ability to draft contracts and negotiate cross-culturally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard indirect suppliers; ensure compliance and performance.
• Conduct supplier assessments (quality, cost, delivery) to optimize resilience.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies; lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery terms.
