Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Min of 2–4 years of working experience in sales support, healthcare administration, or referral management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and coordinate referral cases with clinics, Admission, Billing, Finance, and relevant departments to ensure seamless case management.
• Act as the key liaison between international agents and the hospital for efficient referral coordination and operational matters.
• Oversee referral administration, case validation, and commission processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor referral performance trends and provide analytical reporting for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve agent-related operational and service issues.
• Support and enhance agent engagement initiatives, networking events, and hospital visits.
