Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive sales professional to manage Hospital and GP channels for ethical products. You will support the Sales Manager in planning, budgeting, and executing activities to reach targets, while maintaining CRM data and reporting on performance.

You will call on customers, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare quotations. Travel readiness and strong English communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in science/medical field with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Willing to travel outstation to cover more than 1 area.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Good command of English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Provide input to medical sales plans and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Call on existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, demos and quotations.
• Demonstrate products and highlight features and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, tender prices, delivery and terms per company policies.
• Maintain customer data in CRM and report on sales activities.
• Monitor KPIs and progress against sales plans; review daily activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery/installation of products.
