You will develop key client relationships, respond to enquiries, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and export teams to convert opportunities into orders.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with travel for overseas orders and exhibitions as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on project enquiries and prepare quotations
• Optimize sales opportunities from initial contact through to order confirmation
• Coordinate overseas orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and ICP's internal teams
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing international customers
• Conduct regular follow ups to identify future project opportunities
• Support market development initiatives and explore new countries and strategic partnerships
• Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date records of enquiries, quotations, projects, customers and sales opportunities
• Represent ICP professionally during overseas business trips, exhibitions, customer visits, and business matching programs
