Airswift in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Strategic Resourcer to support global talent banking for PIE candidates across multiple sectors. You will screen candidates, source new talent through job boards and LinkedIn, and maintain a live pool to quickly respond to client needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience; open to entry-level
• Dynamic, proactive and KPI-driven with a flexible approach
• Good communication in English, Malay and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates for required skillset, experience and qualifications
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and networks
• Maintain a live candidate pool across PIE to meet new requirements
• Provide excellent internal service to Sales, Recruitment and Management
• Post and monitor job openings and responses; utilize ATS and advertising
