• 8+ years in Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services or related functions.
• Proven multi-country payroll and end-to-end lifecycle experience within ASEA.
• Strong governance, outsourced payroll vendor management, service reviews and escalation handling.

Aufgaben

• Lead zone payroll, time-to-pay, and in-country end-to-end employee lifecycle across ASEA.
• Partner with Country P&C teams, Global PPLS, external payroll providers and stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.
• Drive governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement for a consistent employee experience across markets.
• Build and manage governance frameworks, service metrics and operational KPIs.
