Job summary

Pave Bank is hiring a People Operations Manager to build and scale the HR infrastructure across the group. You will own end-to-end HR processes, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems, partnering with leadership to drive a high-quality employee experience across multiple entities and countries.

The role requires hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment, with the ability to implement scalable processes rather than merely maintaining existing ones.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in People Operations or HR roles with hands-on ownership.
• Experience building or improving HR processes and systems.
• Experience supporting multi-country and multi-entity workforces.
• Strong HRIS, payroll, data management and automation skills.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding, policies, and employee relations.
• Independent, proactive, with strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead HRIS and payroll processes, ensuring data accuracy and automation.
• Coordinate multi-entity corporate administration and governance tasks.
• Partner with leadership to deliver a consistent employee experience.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable processes in a fast-growth setting.
