Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group is seeking a People Operations Lead - ASEA to oversee payroll, time-to-pay, and end-to-end employee lifecycle across ASEA. You will partner with Country P&C teams, Global PPLS, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant service delivery.

This role drives governance, process standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives while aiming for a consistent employee experience across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Payroll/HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Services, or related functions.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll and in-country end-to-end lifecycle operations within ASEA zone.
• Strong vendor governance and outsourced payroll service management experience.
• HR transformation, process simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Payroll compliance, controls, audits, and risk management experience.
• Exposure to Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management in a complex matrix without direct authority.
• Data-driven approach to operational performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead zone payroll and time-to-pay across ASEA.
• Oversee in-country end-to-end employee lifecycle and People Services operations.
• Partner with Country P&C teams, Global PPLS, external payroll providers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive governance, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement; deliver a consistent employee experience across markets.
• Establish governance frameworks and service performance metrics; monitor KPIs and escalations.
• Balance local market requirements with global standards while maintaining service quality.
