Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Global Operations Supervisor to lead APAC payroll, ensuring timely, compliant payroll across multiple countries. You will manage and scale a growing payroll team, align with internal R&D, treasury, and external partners, and drive cross-functional initiatives to support Rippling's expanding product offerings globally.

The role requires 7+ years in global payroll, 2+ years of people management, and strong APAC country experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a global payroll processing role
• 2+ years managing payroll operations personnel
• 4+ years in a client facing role
• Strong APAC payroll experience across multiple countries
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance in APAC
• Experience with payroll systems and software
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and communication

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of payroll operations specialists and ensure on-time payroll delivery
• Hire and train team members to support market expansion
• Drive performance and KPIs for payroll operations
• Monitor progress and report on KPIs and deadlines
• Develop scalable, repeatable processes to minimize errors
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve payroll issues
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure payroll tools meet compliance
• Interface with government agencies and customers to resolve payroll-related issues
