Job summary

KUKA Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to manage payroll data, ensure accuracy, and drive improvements across local processes.

You will work with in-house teams or vendors, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver high-quality HR data services in a shared services setup. The role offers collaboration, learning, and growth opportunities within KUKA Group.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems within a Shared Services environment.
• With minimum 3 years of related HR working experiences in Payroll and HR Operations.
• Experience in relevant payroll procedures, practices and country statutory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality and data integrity for Payroll and HR data maintenance processes.
• Manage full payroll portfolio (either in-house or via vendors) accurately, timely and in compliance with statutory requirements, business policies and company guidelines.
• Responsible for payroll issues resolutions, data analysis, payroll accounting activities, payroll taxation and legislation administration.
• Provides solutions to manage time and attendance processes for office and production workers, including time system configurations and schedules.
• Provide actual payroll and compensation data based on SAPHR to the Compensation & Benefits and Mobility teams in support of the salary review management.
• Develop expertise in International labor and social standards and support audits.
• Responsible for vendor management for Payroll, including vendor scouting, selection, contract management, onboarding, monitoring and invoices.
• Accountable to ensure finance processes related to payroll are followed with high accuracy.
