Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Malaysia is seeking a payroll-focused HRBP to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely attendance management while coordinating with payroll providers and IT to resolve system issues.

The role also acts as a trusted HR business partner, guiding employee lifecycle activities, supporting HR-related projects, and ensuring alignment with local tax laws, EPF, SOCSO, and corporate policies to foster a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management and attendance systems.
• Familiarity with Malaysian tax, EPF, SOCSO regulations.
• Strong communication and data accuracy.
