Job summary

KUKA Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to optimize payroll operations across our global teams. You will oversee data integrity, ensure timely payroll processing, and provide expert guidance on HR data practices within a Shared Services setup.

In this role you will drive process improvements, manage internal and vendor payroll activities, and collaborate with Compensation & Benefits and Mobility teams on salary reviews and audits, while staying compliant with local statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems within a Shared Services environment.
• Minimum 3 years of related HR working experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
• Experience in payroll procedures, practices and country statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and advise on Payroll, HR data, systems and processes.
• Provide payroll consultation while following local laws and market insights.
• Drive process improvements, automation and digitalization for service delivery.
• Ensure payroll and statutory reporting and payments are accurate and timely.
• Maintain data quality and integrity for Payroll and HR data maintenance.
• Manage payroll portfolio in-house or via vendors; resolve payroll issues.
• Support time and attendance for office and production staff; manage time settings.
• Provide payroll data from SAPHR to Compensation & Benefits and Mobility teams; support audits.
• Vendor management for Payroll: sourcing, selection, contract management, onboarding, performance monitoring.
• Ensure payroll finance processes are followed with high accuracy.
