Qualifikationen

• Detail-oriented with analytical edge.
• Proficient with payroll/HR platforms and reporting.

• Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple international countries and meet deadlines.
• Be the reference point for statutory, tax, and compliance questions.
• Lead complex cases: mid-cycle corrections, retroactive adjustments, off-cycle runs, terminations.
• Drive payroll process-improvement projects from diagnosis to fix.
• Build relationships with Accounting, Tax, and Finance and deliver payroll cost data.
• Safeguard documentation, system security, and confidentiality.
