Ant Group seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist for Malaysia to manage monthly payroll for Asia entities and ensure regulatory compliance across APAC countries.

You will maintain payroll records, coordinate with payroll vendors, and resolve inquiries efficiently. The role requires more than 5 years of multi-country payroll experience, with APAC exposure, and strong knowledge of payroll, tax, and labour laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in multi-country payroll processing; APAC experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll practices, labour laws, and tax regulations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process monthly payroll for Asia entities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update payroll records for new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Manage employee deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations; stay updated on changes.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation as required.
• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor vendor performance; conduct regular reviews and address issues.
• Assist with internal and external payroll audits by providing necessary information.
• Utilize and maintain payroll and leave management systems; ensure data integrity.
• Provide training on payroll procedures as needed.
