Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Senior Analyst in Payroll to manage end-to-end multi-country payroll cycles. You’ll operate as an individual contributor with technical authority, owning complex cases and driving improvements with vendors and internal partners.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Finance to deliver accurate payroll data, while safeguarding confidentiality and complying with statutory requirements across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of regional payroll-processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll, tax, and statutory rules in Southeast Asia.
• Proficient with payroll platforms and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple international countries.
• Be the reference point for statutory, tax, and compliance questions.
• Lead complex cases: mid-cycle corrections, retroactive adjustments, off-cycle runs.
• Drive a payroll process-improvement initiative from diagnosis to fix.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Finance to ensure reliable payroll data.
• Safeguard confidentiality and maintain system security.
