Job summary

You will manage technology initiatives, partner with risk, regulators, and business stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams in modernization and resilience programs to deliver reliable production services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in mission-critical application support within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience in Application Management, Production Services, or Application Support.
• Proven delivery of technology, infrastructure, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, controls, compliance, audit, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the health, stability, resilience, governance, and compliance of critical business applications.
• Lead incident, problem, and service management to maintain production quality.
• Deliver technology initiatives including regulatory remediation and modernization.
• Partner with regulators, risk, governance, and business stakeholders on commitments.
• Develop technology roadmaps focusing on modernization, risk reduction, and lifecycle management.
• Manage vendor relationships, governance, product lifecycles, and service performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology, risk, compliance, and business units.
