Detailed Job Description:

As an IT Application Project Manager at Kamlax Global Technologies, you will lead high-impact banking software and application projects across the Malaysia and APAC region. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing project scopes, authoring comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks. You will coordinate offshore and onshore software engineering teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure rigorous adherence to governance and compliance standards in the banking sector. Furthermore, you will facilitate transparent communication between technical squads and executive stakeholders, manage resource allocation, and implement structured project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage end-to-end IT application project lifecycles, specifically focusing on banking domain solutions.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and schedule tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, development, and QA teams throughout all phases of software delivery.
• Manage high-level stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and client expectations.
• Identify project risks, formulate proactive mitigation strategies, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure strict compliance with banking regulatory requirements, data security policies, and enterprise governance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
