Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced leader to own the operational health, stability, resilience, governance, and compliance of mission-critical applications. You will drive incident, problem, and service management, delivering regulatory remediation and modernization programs while partnering with regulators and risk partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience supporting mission-critical applications within banking, financial services, payments, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
• Strong experience in Application Management, Production Services, Application Support, or Application Control functions.
• Proven experience delivering technology, infrastructure, regulatory, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of technology governance, operational risk, controls, compliance, audit requirements, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
