Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Hands-on PM in banking/financial services domain.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end IT application project lifecycles in banking solutions.
• Plan, track milestones, manage scope and budgets.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore software teams and vendors.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and data security standards.
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders; manage expectations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead agile or traditional ceremonies and align delivery squads.
• Oversee resource allocation and project governance frameworks.
