Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience, with 6–9+ years in technical delivery or program/project management in banking/financial services.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs with nearshore/offshore teams.
• Deep knowledge of core banking solutions, especially those implemented across South East Asia.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery performance across accounts and projects.
• Act as primary point-of-contact for clients on delivery matters and build strong client relationships.
• Lead onshore and offshore/nearshore teams and provide supervision and people development.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate delivery risks across the portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end software development and support for core banking systems from analysis to production managed services.
• Lead the design, build, and configuration of core banking applications; serve as SME.
• Ensure quality assurance in conformance to Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools.
• Partner with Group domain teams to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, quality, and team capability.
• Support pre-sales activities through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
