Tranglo is seeking a Global Partnerships Manager (Senior) to identify and secure new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth on a global scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of international markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across industries.

• 3+ years in B2B/software sales or payment model sales.
• 3+ years of account management in fintech/payments/tech.
• Experience in cross-border or international remittance, payments, fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluent in English; second language preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and lead generation.
• Converting incoming leads and filtering prospects for our various business models (inbound sales).
• Stakeholder management to complete onboarding process (client success).
• Account management for existing partners, expanding new market and growth opportunities through creating proposals to strengthen partner relationships (key-account management).
• Experience, research and analyse market trends, new market opportunities and tackle growth hurdles (strategy and growth projects).
• Lead our corporate payment segment and work alongside product development team to further identify growth opportunities.
